Seems to be good quality. I am waiting for the benefits. I take this Acetyl-L-Carnitine with NADH to hopefully enhance energy production. Acetyl-L-Carnitine is often low in the brain and may help reduce pain levels and lessen fatigue in ME/CFS and fibromyalgia sufferers. While I haven't noticed a significant improvement yet, I remain hopeful for the long term.
